Brady McConnell was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the second round of the 2019 MLB Draft. Brady had a successful four years as an infielder at the University of Florida prior to signing with the Royals. His baseball journey hasn't been the easiest. He has persevered through injury, anxiety, quarantine, and proven that his dream to play professional baseball is more important than any set back. Brady is the fifth XV XIII Performance athlete to be featured on Write it Down! Fifteen Thirteen Performance is dedicated to training each athlete to push their bodies to new limits, focus on technique, and develop bodily disciplines that will transfer to their sport. Brady has worked hard inside and outside of the gym to be prepared for this upcoming season.
